We do not run advertising or analytics. Google Maps and Street View are supplied by Google and are subject to Google's privacy terms.

The contact form

If you send a contribution, your name, email address, message, selected church, photographer credit, publication permission and any attached photographs are stored in a private database inbox for the site owner to review. An email notification is also sent to the owner. Your email address is never published. Photographs are published only after review and with your permission. You can use the contact form to request deletion of your private submission. The owner can delete submissions and their attachments from the inbox when they are no longer needed; deleted data may remain in hosting backups until those backups expire.

Cookies

To reduce spam, we limit contact submissions and temporarily keep submission tokens and connection IP addresses in server memory. When enabled, the contact form also uses Google reCAPTCHA, subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Essential cookies protect contact-form submissions and show submission feedback. Signing in to the administration area also sets a cookie to keep you signed in.

Maps

Church locations and some street-level views are shown using Google Maps. When a map or Street View image loads, Google receives your request in the ordinary course of serving it, under Google's own privacy terms, including your IP address and request information. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Terms of use and images

By using this site you agree to use it lawfully. Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Street View images are supplied live by Google; they are not part of our downloadable photograph collection. Copyright in other photographs belongs to their credited creators. Follow the stated licence, or ask the photographer for permission before reusing an image without an open licence.
