St Andrews Church Radcliffe

History & description

A parish church serving the northern part of Radcliffe, in the Diocese of Manchester.

Tradition

St Andrew's worships in the charismatic evangelical tradition of the Church of England. It is a busy parish with activity for all ages through the week, and its main Sunday service at 10am is livestreamed.

In the congregation's own words: they aim to be a friendly church where all people can come to know Jesus and the good news he brought — "the news that brings life and hope" — and to know the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, so that no one journeys through life alone.

No published account of the building's date or architect has been traced. If you know the church's history, please get in touch — corrections from the congregation are especially welcome.
