Bible Baptist Church Bury

An independent Baptist church on Wood Street, close to Bury town centre.

The congregation is unaffiliated to any denominational body, holds to the Authorised (King James) Version of the Bible, and describes its position as historic independent Baptist. The church is led by its pastor, Simon Watts.

Unlike most of the older buildings recorded here, its interest is in the congregation rather than the architecture: it is a working chapel serving a modern town-centre community.
